The project for development of single mode green laser with tunable radiation wavelength was launched
Today we can speak about laser instrumentation and laser technologies as about independent technical fields. Modern solid-state lasers and devices based on them are used in optical communication and navigation systems, laser medicine and biotechnologies, metallurgy industry and military equipment, geodesy and cartography, in environmental monitoring and other fields of science and technology.
As a result, the development of high-efficient solid-state lasers of a new generation, expanding of their functionality and control regimes methods of their generation is still a main problem and its solution can provide significant progress in the most directions listed above.
The main requirements for a single-mode green Nd: YAG laser with tunable radiation wavelength and spectral width 10MHz.

- Average radiation power– 4 W (λ = 532 nm);
- Pulse frequency repetition: from 5 kHz to 10 kHz;
- Pulse duration: 10-20 nc;
- Mode structure: TEM00;
- Width of radiation spectrum: no more than 10 MHz;
