The upper floors of “Crystal T” Company new buildings in Tomsk SEZ are being already completed.

The building construction of LLC “Crystal T” on the Development Prospect, near with Innovation and research center, has been starting in 2012. Today, the work is going with high speed: at the moment the fourth floor of six-storey building in architectural hi-tech style is being constructed.


The laboratory-research building is created to study of crystallization process and crystals growth, for manufacture and laboratory testing of prototypes, and then- for organization of industrial crystals production and their use in electronics, microelectronics, instrumentation, optics, biology and medicine. 

The company’s new building is designed with regard to the most modern requirements for laboratory researches. There will be located all stages of production, from crystal growth to laser and laser systems creature. In the new building, in addition to production, we want to prepare a research center, where will be training of students combining with innovative developments– even today we are preparing personnel reserve for the company.

As part of the project realization there is involve creature of pilot production of ferroelectric and ferromagnetic oxide crystals and nanostructures based on them for nanophotonics, nonlinear optics and laser technology. During the existence of this company there has been created park of unique growth setup; developed growth technology of KTP family single crystals; produced section of mechanical operation and polishing of crystals; utilized the production of nonlinear optical and electro-optical components and devices; prepared original methods and stands for electro-optical components and device performances  measurement.  The main production is family of nonlinear optical titanyl-potassium phosphate crystals (KTP) with high quality and nonlinear and electro optic devises based on them.  Devices based on nonlinear optical crystals are able to modulate laser radiation, convert its frequency (wavelength), change traveling direction.
